HG Dharmaraj Das was born on April 6, 1967, in Solapur, Maharashtra, into a pious and well-educated Madhva Sampradaya Brahmana family, the Kulkarni Pariwar. After completing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in Solapur, he came into Krishna consciousness in 1992. In 1994, he joined the Sri Sri Radha Parthasarathi Temple in Delhi, and a year later, he moved to Arawade for devotional services. In 1996, he received initiation from His Holiness Lokanath Swami Maharaj in Pandharpur. Serving diligently, he held the position of Temple President for 20 years (1995–2015), and later, in 2015, became Co-President of ISKCON Noida. Academically committed, he completed his Bhakti-shastri course in Pandharpur in 2006 and pursued Bhakti-vaibhava studies between 2017–2019 in Mayapur, while continuing Bhaktivedanta studies. His preaching spans across the IMPM zone, Noida, the Bhubaneswar Youth Group, and internationally in the Middle East — including Sharjah, Bahrain, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. HG Dharmaraj Das is recognized for his dynamic skills as a drama expert, his frank and joyful nature, and his enthusiasm for devotional dancing. A talented linguist, he speaks multiple languages including Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, and Bengali. Additionally, he is a semanticist, deriving various meanings from a single word, and a dialectician, skilled at giving logical explanations and harmonizing differences. Known for his simplicity, humility, and austerity, he remains very dear and obedient to his spiritual master, HH Lokanath Swami Maharaj.
